    Daily yoga and mat pilates

    Each morning begins with an energising mat pilates workout that challenges you physically and mentally, building strength, focus, and confidence while setting a powerful tone for the day. Slow and grounding yoga sessions in the afternoon invite you to unwind and reconnect creating space for clarity and balance.

Victoria’s approach supports greater stability, autonomy, and coherence, offering practical tools to bring presence and balance into your everyday life.

    Massage

    Get a 30-minute restorative facial ritual combining Kobido-inspired massage, targeted acupressure and Gua Sha techniques. This personalized massage releases tension, supports nervous system regulation and encourages deep relaxation. It offers a grounding moment to integrate the retreat experience through conscious and nurturing touch.

    Activity

    During your free time, you can choose between a private surf session in the waves of Essaouira, guided by an experienced instructor to suit your level, or a scenic horse-riding experience along the beach in an intimate group. The horse ride is timed to coincide with the stunning sunset, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the breathtaking coastal views.

    Nourishing meals

    Enjoy three nourishing meals each day, lovingly prepared by a private in-house chef. Using fresh, local and organic products from Essaouira and the surrounding region.     Through several workshop, reflect on the deeper purpose of your business and develop a more intentional vision, learn hands-on how to create photos, videos, and reels, including editing, scheduling, and content planning. Seize the opportunuity to lead a mini-workshop on a topic of your choice and share insights with like-minded female entrepreneurs.

When and where is the first edition of moai retreat?

From April 23 to 29 in Essaouira, Morocco in a private villa.

Which level is required?

The moai retreat is open to all levels. No prior experience in yoga, mat pilates, or the activities is required. Sessions are adaptable and guided to support each participant at their own pace.
